2) CONTRACT SIGNING
Each block of services is formalised with its own costs and deadlines.

3) OBJECT MEASUREMENTS
We take photographs and measurements of the spaces.

4) TASK FOR THE PROJECT
A generous meeting in the studio to discuss preferences and lifestyle. We determine together the composition of the rooms and their completion. As well as desires for materials, manufacturers, shades, textures and atmosphere.

5) PLANNING DESIGN
We draw up design versions in accordance with the technical task and parameters of the object and present you with the best ones. In the discussion process, we choose the best plan or assemble one of several proposed plans.

6) DEVELOPMENT OF 3D VISUALISATION OF THE MAIN STYLE-FORMING ROOM
We do visualisations of the main room, usually the kitchen and living room. The aim is to give an overview of the space and all the proposed design ideas. In the presentation, we explain the concept and details.

7) DEVELOPMENT OF 3D VISUALISATION OF THE REMAINING ROOMS
Based on the approved solutions for the common area, we design all other rooms. We present and approve them together with you.

8) DEVELOPMENT OF TECHNICAL DRAWINGS
Preparing a workbook. In fact, it is a manual for further implementation. The technical drawings contain all the necessary dimensions, references and many comments for the executors. We work in detail with the complex joints, knots and connections of the materials we provide in the project.

Supervision starts with the selection of contractors for the site and coordination of work on engineering projects. Once construction starts, our team not only takes over the verification of the conformity of the works with the project, but also participates in all construction processes. We are in contact with the site supervisor and contractors during all working hours.

WHAT WE DO IN THE SUPERVISION PHASE?

1. We consult the team leader and other contractors on the project

3. We check the conformity of the executed works with the design project
4. We make changes and clarifications in technical drawings
5. We make for you a report of the works with photos
6. Coordination of all contractors

As a result, you are always up-to-date with what is happening on site. You understand the amount of work done and the subsequent plan for each week. You see detailed and beautiful photos even from the rough stage of construction. We take care of all communication on the project, so you won't be bothered by builders with various questions.

1. FAMILIARISATION WITH THE PROJECT
At the first meeting we inform you about the principles and conditions of work, we show you the composition of the architectural project album. We present our vision and philosophy of forming the volume and space. We consider and discuss the initial data and possibilities of your site. Furthermore, we listen to your main wishes regarding the appearance of the house and the composition of the rooms, stylistics, we look for design references - what you like in other projects. After, we agree on approximate terms and budget.

3. DEVELOPMENT OF THE TECHNICAL TASK
A detailed discussion of all your wishes regarding the surface of the house and required number of rooms; exterior look and volumes of the house, completion of each room, light, colours, materials, textures and more.

4. DRAWING UP FLOOR PLANS
We consider the volumetric and spatial composition options of the house, corresponding to the technical task and parameters of the terrain. We present you the best location variant, communicate all solutions and approve them.

5. DEVELOPMENT OF 3D VISUALISATIONS OF HOUSE FACADES
We are working on the exterior concept of the house. Creating artistic visualisations of the house facades and surroundings. We show you all the angles you need to fully understand all the proposed solutions.

6. DEVELOPMENT OF TECHNICAL DRAWINGS
Drawing of plans, facades, sections of the house corresponding to the "conceptual design" phase.
